Inflatable SUP

Limited in storage space? Introducing Inflatable Paddle Boards on Good Wave!

If you are considering taking up this new water sport, the first thing that you should do is get your SUP accessories and equipment. If you’re a beginner, that’s fine! We’ve picked our favorite inflatable paddboards, and have a great list to choose from. A stand-up paddleboard (SUP) is a large board, similar to a surfboard, that you stand on and move using a paddle. Paddle boarding has absolutely taken off in popularity, generating a ton of innovation in waterbased entertainment. Paddleboards can be used for sitting and relaxing, or even for exercise and fitness like SUP yoga or racing. One of the features that a stand-up paddleboard must have is versatility. It should adapt to both calm and choppy water.

There are three main types of paddleboards: fiberglass, epoxy and inflatable. We’ll share a ton of useful information about inflatables here.

Inflatable stand up paddleboards are the perfect beginner choice or for anyone concerned about storage space. They use air to provide buoyancy and stability rather than a foam core. While softer than a fiberglass or solid boards, they are still very sturdy when properly inflated. Inflatable paddleboards are better for casual paddlers or those with limited space to store their board. Inflatable sup boards are easy to transport and can last for years because they are super durable. Best of all, you can take inflatable sup boards anywhere and they’re ready to go in minutes! Most of our packages include a carrying backpack, but please check each product as we constantly add new boards.

Inflatable paddleboards are a great option for all skill levels, especially for beginners or riders who prefer flat water paddling. If you are adventurous and want to explore different types of water, then inflatable sups are perfect for you! They’re very easy to carry and durable enough to take on the journey ahead.

Before you head out on the water, you'll need a few accessories: a paddle and leash, a PFD (the US Coast Guard requires them) and a proper wetsuit.
